Executive Summary and The Happiness Index Ahead of March 26 Report Launch
Client Update

Our work with The Happiness Index on the Global Workplace Happiness Report is nearing publication. Stefan Tornquist is hosting a series of podcast interviews with the academics and experts behind the study, available now on Spotify ahead of the March 26 launch in London.
Last year, we announced that The Happiness Index had chosen Executive Summary to develop the first Global Workplace Happiness Report. That work is now close to finished, with the report set to be released at a London event on March 26.
The study draws on more than 100,000 survey responses from employees in over 30 countries, collected through questionnaires designed by neuroscientists. It looks at workplace happiness and engagement across 29 dimensions, helping leaders understand what's shaping culture and performance in their countries and industries.
Stefan Tornquist, our Managing Partner, has led the editorial and research work throughout. He's now also hosting a series of interviews on The Happiness Index podcast, talking with the academics and contributors whose work has helped shape the report.
Those conversations are beginning to surface some of the themes behind the research, including why workplace wellbeing pays off in volatile markets, the burnout risk that can come with highly engaged teams, and how AI adoption is starting to change the employee experience.
The full report will be published on March 26. Stefan will be at the London event to present it. Until then, you can follow his interview series on The Happiness Index podcast on Spotify.
