Executive Summary Selected to Lead Creation of First-Ever Global Workplace Happiness Report
New Client

Executive Summary has been chosen by The Happiness Index to lead the development of the inaugural Global Workplace Happiness Report, set to premiere in March.
This landmark study draws on more than 100,000 survey responses from employees across over 30 countries. The science behind the research makes it truly unique: the questionnaires were designed by neuroscientists to uncover the real drivers of both happiness and engagement in the workplace.
The report will provide leaders and organizations with a data-driven view into what makes workplaces thrive in their country and industry across 29 dimensions, and how culture, leadership, and employee experience shape the future of work.
“Our mission at the The Happiness Index is to give organizations the insight they need to connect their culture with their performance,” said Matt Phelan, CEO. “We have appointed Executive Summary to provide the highest editorial and research rigor, and ensure that the launch of The Global Workplace Happiness Report gives us the foundation for it to grow and evolve in the future.”
“Executive Summary’s expertise in turning data into powerful stories will mean that the report doesn’t just share findings, but inspires leaders to take action and put workplace happiness at the heart of work” Phelan added.
“This is one of the most interesting and important projects I’ve ever worked on,” said Stefan Tornquist, Managing Director of Executive Summary. “Businesses are realizing that workplace happiness and engagement aren’t simply measures of morale – they’re a leading indicator of bottom-line growth and the potential for innovation. We’re honored to help bring this data to life and tell a global story that’s relevant to all of us.”
Stay tuned for key insights, highlights, and behind-the-scenes updates as we build toward the release.
